Ms. Suchismita Burman – CHRO of ITC Infotech for the latest session of our flagship webinar series – Vihaan.
The theme for the discussion was ‘Balancing priorities in these times (An employee and employer view)’. She analyzed the development of the post-COVID culture in different organizations, and thereby its impact on the employers, along with their employees. Ms Burman also discussed the formal and informal groups, with inclusiveness standing out for any organization. She opined that quality and its measure will undergo substantial change and employees will take charge of this change for organizational growth. She also discussed that coordinated, inclusive, innovative, and agile thought process is the need of the hour.
