The theme for the discussion was “The intelligence behind each Swiggy Order”.
Mr. David helped students understand the entire lifecycle of each order that is processed by Swiggy, from the order request to delivery. He touched upon the various aspects associated with a successful delivery and how data analytics along with machine learning and AI provide for the much-needed intelligence and actionable insights that sets Swiggy apart. A deepdive into the various technical and business challenges faced by Swiggy keeping in account the changing complex human behavior was the highlight of the session.
