The theme for the discussion was “How to prepare and thrive in these uncertain times.”
Mr. Devendra helped students see COVID19 as a massive opportunity of learning about the VUCA world. He emphasized on learning to be agile. He encouraged students to create a feedback-seeking mindset for better growth. He also inspired the students on the role of leadership, and about going beyond designations to drive transformation from the front.
