IIM Nagpur is glad to invite you all for the next City Book Leaders (CBL) readiSCO session on 30th November 2021 at 05:00 PM with Mr. T.N. Hari. Session will be focused on discussing his latest book “Saying No to Jugaad: The Making of Big Basket”.
About the author: Mr. T.N. Hari
Mr. T.N. Hari is Head of HR at Big Basket. He is a graduate of IIT Madras and IIM Calcutta. He has held various positions in line management and human resources for the previous 28 years. Mr. Hari advises and mentors several new entrepreneurs and start-ups. His passion is scaling organizations via clear ideas and unwavering execution. His writing represents the knowledge he has obtained in this field. He is a prolific author who has written seven books on various topics, each of which has been a category leader.

The book debunks several prevalent e-commerce myths and examines the history of groceries as the mother of all categories in this industry. It is also the tale of how start-ups progress through several stages as they evolve and mature. Through the eyes of Mr. T.N. Hari, this is a story about the journey of Big Basket from Bengaluru-only online grocery delivery to now operating in 20+ cities all over India.
