IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Capt. Partha Samai – EVP & Group Head-HR, AGS Transact Technologies, for our Leadership Webinar Series 2020. The session kickstarted with Captain Partha asking students to go through the “Know Me” exercise, which gave us an insight into ourselves with six simple factors. He shared his views regarding leadership and how a wealthy mindset plays a pivotal role in shaping up to one’s personality. He also shared seven important principles for life and shared his insights on resilience and inner strengths. The session came to an end with him sharing a few game-changers in life from his Army days, which were very motivating.
