IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Swapnil Mundada, R&D, Medtronic, for the Strategy Talks Webinar Session 2020.
The topic of the discussion was “Strategic Innovation Management – from Incremental to Disruptive to Radical Innovation.” Mr Swapnil discussed the importance of innovation for companies to stay relevant and thrive in the continuously changing business environment. He also addressed the concept of Creative Destruction and highlighted the key differences between Sustainable and Disruptive Innovation. He further touched upon the topic of how to identify the signs of disruption and ways to overcome the same.
