IIM Nagpur is delighted to announce the third edition of Utkarsh 3.0 – the HR Conclave. The theme for this year is ‘HR Umbrella: Connecting People’.
Utkarsh is a platform where professionals and thought leaders from various industrial sectors would be uniting to participate in the HR panel discussions aimed towards highlighting the current challenges faced by various organizations in managing their workforce.
These discussions will help the students of IIM Nagpur to understand the domain of human resource management better. This, in turn, will help reduce the gap currently existing between the academic curriculum and the industry requirements.
The event will provide us the opportunity to explore the emerging business challenges such as transformation of organizational culture and preparation for the future workforce.
