The second edition of PRISM conference, “Leading the Business of the Future: Talent, Technology, and Transformation in a Changing World,” seeks to investigate the changes in people, processes, and technology that organizations must make in order to thrive in a post-pandemic world. Conceived under the broad thematic umbrella of business agility and resilience, the 2nd PRISM conference will be held at Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Nagpur from 17th November to 19th November 2022. In keeping with the PRISM tradition, this edition brings together a mix of academics and practitioners for panel discussions and keynote addresses that are aimed to bridge the gap between theory and practice and provide all attendees with a truly engaging learning experience. 500+ paper presentations, five+ mixed-panel discussions, and five+ keynote addresses by industry stalwarts will be the highlight of the meet.
