IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Manish Sabharwal, Chairman, and co-founder of Teamlease Services, for our Leadership Vision 2020. The session kick-started with Mr. Manish sharing his thoughts on how this is an exciting time for people who are pursuing post-graduation. He shared his optimism regarding changes in areas like MSME’s, India’s productivity, and poverty, which had existing problems before COVID. The other areas where he touched upon ranged from the country’s fiscal deficit to Atmanirbhar Bharat, revenge consumption putting the economy back to recovery, the Labour Act reforms, and the National Education Policy. The session came to an end with the industries’ current state and what lies ahead for them.
