“IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Ms. Radha Shriharsha – Director HR, Maersk Global Service Centre for the Leadership webinar session.
The theme of her speech was “”Leveraging Entrepreneurial mindsets of employees under economic slowdown & importance of Leadership in the post-pandemic world.””
The session started with looking at what entrepreneurial mindset means in the current context and understood how the buckets of work, employee, leader, and workplace would possibly evolve. Then she touched upon how the evolution of employee is taking place amidst current times and how Maersk Global Service Centre is taking steps to embrace the change. We finally looked at the mindset and evolution happening in the leadership space. Although there is no playbook for this, inclusive leadership and well-being will be one of the key elements going forward.
