Navaratri is a Hindu festival that spans nine nights (and ten days) and is celebrated every year in the autumn. It is observed for different reasons and celebrated differently in various parts of the Indian subcontinent. It is observed in devotion to Goddess Durga. The western part of India celebrates Navaratri by organizing Garba and Dandiya. In the eastern part of India, Durga Puja pandals are organized to mark the celebration. In some parts of India, Ram Leela are portrayed and Dussehra is celebrated on the tenth day. IIM Nagpur will be celebrating Navaratri by organizing Garba, Dandiya and Durga Puja.
