Recently, the students of IIM Nagpur got to interact with Mr Manik Seth, Director for Consulting & Analytics at Capgemini Consulting, and Mr Amit Godkar, Deputy Manager for Talent Acquisition / Campus Recruitment – HR at Capgemini India. They were at the Institute for a discussion session on ‘Digital Mastery to catapult your career in increasingly Techno Functional World’.
While addressing the students, Mr Seth opened up about why it is necessary to keep up the pace with Digital Mastery. He explained the importance of customer centricity and agility.
Mr Godkar shared with the students how life at Capgemini is. He apprised them about the 7 core principles on which the company stands and the importance the company gives to diversification in its workforce. He further shared that Capgemini emphasizes on the learning and development for its employees.
The interaction with Mr Manik Seth and Mr Amit Godkar from Capgemini was a great learning session for all the students.
