Marx was delighted to host Abhay Kumar, CMO Reliance Capital, at the campus on 27th October. Future marketers got to understand the importance and ways of “Customer Acquisition through Digital Marketing”. We learned about stages of digital marketing, starting from acquisition of customers to conversion of leads and finally to aggregation and analysis of acquired data to retain the customers for the lifetime. The session provided insights on topics like Data management, for instance, DMP, Data Systems, and Data Flow process.
The key to success of digital marketing lies in the fact that we not only need to collect and analyze as much data as possible but also the connection of dots between marketing as science and marketing as art is imperative.
