tHrive – HR SIG of IIM NAgpur is delighted to invite Mr. Sujitesh Das, Senior HR Leader, Digital Ambassador and Management Tutor as a part of HR Talks 2020, to deliver an address on the topic, “ A common-sense talk on the business of behaviour”. Mr Das is an alumnus of NIT Allahabad and XLRI Jamshedpur. Recognized amongst the top 100 HR Minds by the World HRD Congress, he has nearly two decades of experience in reputed companies like HCL, Cognizant and Microland. As Global Head of Strategic HR at Microland, he took the initiative of aligning people-related priorities to companies objectives. Mr Das created a one-of-its-kind, state-of-the-art employee engagement app which bagged him the Chairman’s Award. He has also led the Microland HR team to win the NHRD’s Best Award at TecHeart 2018. Apart from his professional work, he is also a regular moderator and speaker at various prominent HR forums.
