Established in 2019, tHRive, the HR Club at IIM Nagpur, was founded with the core objective of promoting and embodying best practices in the field of People Management across both academic and professional spheres. The club envisions itself as a platform that fosters familiarity with Human Resource Management (HRM) concepts, aiming to inspire future professionals to contribute meaningfully to the field.
The name tHRive is more than just a creative wordplay; it reflects the enduring strength of the human spirit and its resilience in the face of adversity. The club strives to offer a comprehensive understanding of HRM through various avenues, including industry interactions and knowledge-building initiatives.
To facilitate experiential and interactive learning, tHRive organizes a wide range of activities and competitions grounded in Organizational Behavior (OB) and HR principles. These efforts are further enhanced by insightful guest lectures and workshops conducted by industry experts, offering real-world perspectives to aspiring HR professionals.
The club also produces a podcast series, HReflections, which explores contemporary topics in people management. In addition, the club circulates a quarterly newsletter that keeps students updated on national and global developments in the HR domain.
