As a part of HR-Talks’20 series, tHRive, HR-SIG of IIM Nagpur had the pleasure to host Mr. Sabyasachi Bhattacharya, Chief HR & IT – Philips Carbon Black Limited. Mr. Sabyasachi shared his valuable insights on the role of leadership during crisis management. He discussed the changes implemented in the manufacturing units of his organization during the coronavirus pandemic. He emphasized on the significance of integrity and humility while working in an organization.
