In 2022, IIM Nagpur had launched a unique course called “Professional Management Practice” (PMP) for the first year MBA students. The course aims at helping students building key attributes, required in the corporate and making them “Corporate Ready”. The entire pedagogy of this course is experiential wherein students go through various learning journey. One of the key elements of this course is Mentoring by the senior leaders from corporate to give them hands-on experience and insights. With the grand success of last year, this year 63 senior leaders have been empaneled from the industry to mentor our students. The mentoring session kicked-off in the second term, this year, virtually, and will continue till end of the year.
We have planned a Mentor Event called “UPKRIT 2.0” (the mentor event for the MBA batch 2023-25) on January 6, 2024, at IIM Nagpur MIHAN campus. We are excited to host our mentors for the event and looking forward to the enriching interactions between the mentors, and the students.
