Neha Garg is an Assistant Professor in the area of Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management at IIM Nagpur. She has completed her Ph.D. from Indian Institute of Management Raipur in Organizational Behavior & Human Resource Management area. She also attended Organizational Behavior Management course at Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam Summer School, 2019. She has earned Junior Research Fellowship (UGC-NET) and holds a Bachelor’s (honours)  and a Master’s degree in Commerce from University of Delhi.

Her doctoral dissertation explores the emerging determinants and consequences of work engagement among Indian software developers with a special focus on reverse mentoring. She has published papers in leading (ABDC and Scopus categorized) journals like Journal of Knowledge Management, Career Development International etc. and has presented her work at reputed international conferences. Her primary research interest areas include reverse mentoring, work engagement, job crafting, and knowledge hiding.
