“IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Aditya Sharma, Country Head – Motor Business at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance for our leadership webinar series.
The theme of his speech was “”How the insurance industry is transforming with innovative product offerings””. The session started with looking at the history of insurance and how it evolved through the years. Students also learned about the transformation of the products in the post-privatization era. He also spoke in length about how the distribution channels such as POS and e-commerce have transformed the insurance ecosystem and the way ahead with the increased usage of technology. The institute is grateful to Mr. Aditya and Bajaj Allianz General Insurance for an enriching session.
