The theme of the session was “”Future of Work trends post COVID-19 and how organizations are engaging with their workforce.””
The discussion started with looking at how Pernod Ricard has tackled the pandemic and helped the government in COVID-19 relief. Mr. Lonikar spoke about the Ananda Initiative and how organizational engagement and employee well being was the topmost priority for the company. We then also looked at how the financial well being of employees will be a focus for the companies along with their health, and he stressed on the role technology & flexibility will play going forward. He also spoke about the importance of being self-aware and indulging in self-development from the student perspective. The session was made possible by the smooth coordination of Mr. Pramit Chaudhuri – Manager, Learning and Development, Pernod Ricard India.
