IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Ms. Mahafrid Billimoria, General Manager & Head – TAS, Tata Group HR, for another amazing session as a part of our flagship leadership Webinar Series -VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was “Experiences, Learnings & Beliefs!”
The discussion started with Ms. Mahafrid providing a glimpse of her corporate journey. She highlighted the importance of developing moral values and relevant life skills which help to build character and ultimately prepare us for the life ahead. She explained how an important aspect of growing as an individual as well as an organization is design thinking and creative problem-solving. She emphasized diversity and inclusion in the talent management team and the ways in which TAS – through its flagship leadership program, was achieving the same. She also focused on the need for us to understand the characteristics that differentiate us and make an impact on how people identify us. She concluded the discussion with a beautiful quote “Let your work shine, you will sparkle anyways”.
