IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Deepak Mishra, Head Corporate HR, United Breweries Limited for our Leadership Webinar Session.
The theme of his speech was “Post COVID 19: Change in market dynamics and evolving skill sets”. The session started with a wonderful quote about how one needs to adapt and adjust to the changing landscape. He explained how traditional business models would evolve and shift focus to employee experience rather than employee engagement . He stressed upon the importance of Emotional interaction, EQ and Mental Health . He also highlighted some of the key trends on how business continuity planning and IOT/Robotics would become priority for existence.
