Eques, the Strategy and Consulting Club of IIM Nagpur, was honored to host Dr. Nachiket Mor, Visiting Scientist at The Banyan Academy of Leadership in Mental Health, to address the students on “Changing the Future of Healthcare.”
The session started with Prof. Kartik Yadav, highlighting the importance of positive healthcare changes brought in due to the pandemic in 2020. Dr. Nachiket then spoke on improvising the health care system and the existing norms present in the countries. He also accentuated the role of independence of the healthcare worker and the mental persuasion they use to get more patients. The significance of inclusion in the discussion process to improve the overall judgment was also highlighted.
