IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Mr. Jitendra Dwivedi, Management Consultant, Vector Consulting Group Shared Services, for yet another amazing session of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The discussion was on ‘A case study of an organization – how the leverage point of the focussed intervention was found to manage various variables of the organization to improve its performance.’
The discussion revolved around an actual case study where the leverage point was found and it was explained how a decision was made not only to solve the current problem at hand but also by keeping the long term goals of the organisation in mind. He explained the concept of the theory of constraints and how it was used in real life to generate solutions.
