IIM Nagpur was delighted to host Ms. Pallavi Tyagi, Chief Human Resources Officer – India, Capgemini, for another amazing session as a part of our flagship Leadership Webinar Series – VIHAAN 2.0. The theme of the discussion was “Leadership in the New Normal.”
The discussion started with Ms. Pallavi describing how seven values – Honesty, Team spirit, Boldness, Modesty, Fun, Freedom, and Trust have shaped Capgemini to emerge as a responsible leader determined to create a positive impact on all stakeholders within the ecosystem.
She explained how there is a miraculous vision behind every strategic effort that leads the way and how one should be courageous to find the underlying solution to every problem. She emphasized that leadership in the new normal requires trust, boldness, and the ability to adapt to the virtual work environment.
Lastly, she suggested students about how to deal with complexities and risks associated with unprecedented times and to leverage the opportunities to achieve success.
